Return & Refund Policy
- If a customer cancels the booking before visiting the showroom, the booking amount will be refunded after deducting the payment gateway charges.
- Once the customer completes the purchase process at the showroom, no refund will be provided.
- The booking amount can be either refunded to the customer or adjusted in the final vehicle price at the time of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
